Scientific research and innovation at the University are among the fundamental pillars of its modern vision. They are also key drivers in contributing to the growth of the knowledge-based economy, in alignment with the Kingdom's Vision and the Ministry's focus on research and innovation. In this context, His Excellency the President of the University has issued a directive to update the University’s research priorities and to develop scientific research plans and programs, directing them toward fields involving modern technologies in logistics services, renewable energy, Hajj and Umrah, and defense.

The system enables faculty members to access and perform key academic services, such as managing class schedules, recording grades, monitoring student attendance, and other related services.
E-mail
Office 365 provides campus email, cloud file storage and sharing, and collaborative applications for workgroups.
Tamayuz
A platform dedicated to automating the management of performance indicators related to achieving the University’s vision, tracking entities’ tasks, aligning employees’ objectives, and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Learning Management System (LMS)
It provides an interactive learning environment that supports positive communication between students and faculty members and enables access to learning materials at all times, saving time and effort and contributing to the high-quality academic achievement sought by the university.

It is a system for creating electronic transactions such as letters, circulars, and decisions, recording and following up on incoming and outgoing transactions, displaying daily circulars and decisions, and publishing them via e-mail.

An electronic platform at the University of Jeddah dedicated to nominating, assessing, and empowering emerging leaders among the university’s staff as part of the Leadership Empowerment Initiative, with the aim of strengthening transparency and institutional excellence.
